Are Vscan Air and Vscan Extend ultrasounds available outside of Australia and New Zealand?
Yes, Vscan Air and Vscan Extend are available in other countries. For availability in your country, please contact your local sales representative.
Can I purchase other accessories for Vscan Extend?
Vscan Extend units purchased through the e-commerce portal come as a complete unit (including battery, USB cable, AC adapter, soft case, and 60g bottle of gel), additional battery, external battery charger, and an hour of remote applications support. Additional accessories, education, or training are available to purchase through your local sales representative.
Order, Shipment, and Delivery FAQs
After placing an order, when can I expect delivery?
Assuming all items are in stock, delivery should occur within 10 days after the order is placed for Australian customers and within 15 days for New Zealand customers.
Can I change an existing order before shipment?
Please send an email to EcommerceANZ@ge.com. In your email, please include the details you would like changed and include your order number.
Can I request delivery be made to another country?
Orders placed on the Australia and New Zealand website can only be shipped within those respective Countries. Please refer to the country selector page for hand held ultrasound products sold outside of Australia and New Zealand.
Can I return the Vscan after delivery?
Unfortunately, no - Vscan cannot be returned after delivery for refund or credit.
Can an order be cancelled before shipment?
The order can be cancelled pre-shipment. GE reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 10% of the product price. To cancel your order, please email EcommerceANZ@ge.com with order details and request to cancel, and include your order number.
I need help with making a payment on an order – who do I contact?

For the rejection of credit card payment, here are a few tips:

What should I do if Vscan is delivered but is defective or missing parts?
GE Healthcare will replace any defective parts or missing items free of charge. Please send an email to EcommerceANZ@ge.com with details of the issue and the system serial number.

Yes, the final amount of price including Tax will be on the invoice and charged to the credit card provided.
